Makeup Of The Day Feat. a Mini Rimmel London Review

image

Eyes: Bare Minerals 5 in 1 Eyeshadow In “Linen, ” It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Palette, Kat Von D. Tattoo Liner, and Urban Decay Perversion Mascara
Face: Garnier Bb cream (oily skin formula) , NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder in Medium,  E.L.F. Bronzer, and Palladio rice powder to keep the oil slick down!
Lips: the part I’m most excited about! Rimmel’s Kate Moss Lipstick (in the red tube) in #104 is just everything right now. I can see myself wearing this dusty rose / mauve shade at all times of the year, and it actually lasts a good couple of hours even through eating and drinking. It’s also a very light feeling formula and not drying at all despite being matte. Just love!

Fancy Love Fragrance Review – A Crowd Pleasing Soft Scent

Fancy Love Perfume

I purchased this perfume based on rave reviews I read online without having smelled it in advance. Now we all know this is usually a big no-no, but I was at Ross and the big 3.4 oz bottle cost around $20, and I’ve been wanting to get a sniff of this for a while… so I figured, why not?

Battle of the Pore Fillers – Loreal Pore Vanisher vs. Benefit’s Porefessional

20140504_092802

My pores are one of my biggest concerns when it comes to makeup. I hate it when my foundation or concealer settles into them and makes them a thousand times more noticeable, so pore fillers are exactly my kind of face primer. The first one I invested in was the Loreal Pore Vanisher because I wasn’t yet ready to shell out 30 dollars for the over-hyped and crazily raved about Porefessional. But then my birthday came and I was like, you know what – you deserve to treat yo self.

Thierry Mugler Womanity – Review and Serious Fragrance Obsession Talk

womanity thierry mugler

So I’ve been seriously obsessed with fragrance lately – I don’t really know how it all happened. I wear perfume/body mist pretty much every day but rarely buy something new. But this is on some serious insanity level here; I’m currently reading Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (which is one of my favorite films ever) and  I’ve purchased about five fragrances in the past two weeks (both perfumes and Body Shop mists – reviews coming soon) AND I’ve been scouring Fragrantica like a mad woman trying to learn about more fragrances I think I’d like. I think I’ve gone just a *little* bit crazy. But I just received a .33 fl oz of Thierry Mugler’s Womanity eau de parfum yesterday, and I immediately had to share my thoughts on it with the world.
